I loved the helpful front desk staff and friendly pool area staff! the location is superb. I definitely recommend this hotel. the room was huge and overlooked the canal. I enjoyed the view. i even extended my stay by another night!
The hot water fluctuated mid-shower, from cold to scalding. It was a bit annoying.

Our beautiful king suite included a comfortable king-size bed. It was perfect for a restful sleep. the room also featured a seating area with a sofa and a table. It created a relaxing space. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub.

basic stay, some issues exist
auto mode heating mode
the staff was excellent with their service upon my arrival at the hotel.
I discovered that the air conditioning system lacked an auto mode. it also had no heating mode. the system only had a fan speed and temperature setting. it consistently cooled the room to freezing temperatures, disregarding the settings. the engineer did not fix it.

The breakfast was quite nice. It included a generous variety of options. The staff were kind throughout my stay. They supported every request. The location is GREAT. It makes city exploration easy.
The air conditioning is quite a NIGHTMARE. I found it impossible to manage. The shower temperature is unstable. I consider this an EXPENSIVE rate for what it offers.
